Our Institute currently offers three different group therapy options.
Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Groups are offered on a weekly basis if you qualify for the program.
Our Behavioral Activation Group is open to adults with OCD related disorders, anxiety, and depression. Group activities offer opportunities for personal enrichment, learning, and socialization. We aim to meet a variety of interests, such as health/physical fitness, arts & crafts, music, and poetry/literature. Join our group to integrate more pleasurable activities into your life while meeting others with similar struggles. Behavioral activation is an effective treatment approach for depression and aims to develop structured daily activities that increase pleasure, social contact, and a sense of purpose and mastery.
Our long standing free OCD Support Group meets on a monthly basis. Friends and family welcome. This group is a supportive environment to meet others struggling with OCD and share common experiences. The group meets on the last Wednesday of every month from 7:30pm – 9:00pm. We strongly recommend you contact our office to confirm in the case of staff illness or weather related cancellations.
